Personalised, practical advice on how to improve your listings and offerings in your NOTHS store.
Often, because we work so hard on them, we are so close to our products and our businesses that it is difficult to see clearly and constructively. Many sellers don’t see mistakes and don’t understand why customers don’t buy from them. I will help you to understand how to make your shop more attractive to potential customers. Based on my experience as a NOTHS Seller I will give you constructive feedback on your storefront, enabling you to make adjustments and improvements which will help to make your listings more attractive to potential customers. I can’t promise an increase in sales, but my feedback should help you to make positive changes to your general offering which you can also roll out to any other marketplaces you may sell through, as well as your own website. The advice I give can be used for online sales on any platform. I will offer a fresh pair of eyes on your shop, from an outside perspective.
What I will do:
I offer specific, constructive, and practical advice based on my own experience in supporting many small businesses and also as a seller (and a customer of) NOTHS. I will provide you with a simple, actionable list of improvements and adjustments that can be made to your shop; a personalised plan, tailored to your shop, to help you provide a better offering to your customers and point you in the right direction. I will give you indepth advice on 3, 6 or 10 listings depending on what review option you have chosen. (If you want to suggest any listings or types of product that may need looking at, then please do).My comments should get you thinking about the improvements you can make to your other listings and you can roll out these improvements to the rest of your shop. I’ll also tell you which aspects of your shop are good and don’t need to be changed! This service is as useful to sellers who have been with NOTHS for any length of time, from established sellers who perhaps need a bit of a refresh, to new sellers who are finding their feet. Depending on demand, I aim to complete reviews within five working days.
What I don’t do:
I can’t offer a copywriting service for your listings or ‘About’ page, or give suggestions on SEO. There are other businesses that offer this service and I’m happy to put you in touch with them. I can also put you in touch with an excellent product photographer if you would like to improve your images but don’t have the skills. I don’t make any of the changes for you; it’s down to you to take action and put the advice I give and the amendments I suggest in place. Also, I won’t be proofreading for you as such, but I will note any typos that I see. (I’m a bit of a spelling / grammar pedant and things like this tend to jump off the page at me, usually!)
