How long will my Wink Design order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. All orders (except orders for framed prints) to UK addresses are sent out via Royal Mail and take approx 2 days to arrive. Orders to addresses outside of the UK take approx 5-10 working days to be delivered and are sent via Standard Airmail.
Please note: Please allow around 3 days for framed prints to be delivered.
Why do Wink Design Framed Prints take longer to be delivered?
Framed Prints do take a little longer to arrive as they are custom made to order by a specialist framing house and are dispatched direct.
I've ordered a Wink Design A4 unmounted print - what size frame should I get?
All unframed prints are A4 in size (29.7cm x 21cm) and fit well into IKEA’s VIRSERUM range (frame size 38 x 48cm) which are currently available in dark brown and white. Prices are approximately £10-15, and the frames come with mounts. The IKEA RIBBA range also fit A4 prints (frame size 30 x 40cm and 38cm x 48cm), come in various colour options and also include mounts. Wilkinsons and The Range also stock frames which will fit A4 sized pictures and are very reasonably priced. Online, Amazon have a large range of suppliers offering frames, either with or without mounts. FYI, the mount aperture size (ie. the hole in the middle!) would need to be 20cm x 29cm to fit this print.
I've ordered a Wink Design 30x40cm mounted print - what size frame should I get?
All mounted prints are ready to pop straight into any off-the-shelf standard 30x40cm frame, readily available on the high street. Our prints also fit IKEA frames.
Is it possible to request a change to the colour or wording on a print?
Yes! I make each print to order and can amend the design to your requirements. There's no additional charge for small changes like this. Just get in touch and I'll be happy to help.
My order has arrived damaged - what should I do?
Customer service is extremely important to me, and we want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If you have a problem with any of our products, please do let me know and we promise I’ll do whatever we can to make things right.
If an item arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days. I will endeavour to send a replacement (or otherwise agreed resolution) as soon as possible. Please don't dispose of anything; keep all original packaging, and I may also ask you to send photographic evidence of the damage which may be needed to pursue a claim with Royal Mail or the courier.
I've changed my mind - can I return my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible after receipt of your order to let me know you wish to return your item(s). Package the item carefully and send it back to Wink Design, 34 Letcombe Place, Horndean, Hampshire PO8 0DE within 14 days of receipt of the order (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the product. On receipt of the returned item I will process a refund via paypal, or direct to your card (depending on how you paid for your order). You will receive and email notification when the refund has been processed.
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on personalised items unless there is a fault with the product, or an error in the personalisation that is the fault of Wink Design, however do get in touch if you have a problem and I'll see if I can help in any way.

Why is your logo a tomato?
One of the very first personalised cards I designed was a birthday card which said 'Happy Birthday to you, squashed tomatoes and stew!' and I drew the tomato as part of the design. I liked his cheeky face ...and so he's ended up as the Wink Design logo!
